Art Classes
You will explore hand-built sculpture in an intimate class with instructor Marsha Schindler or Sandy Calhoun. We will help guide you through this process through basic demos of hand-building techniques and surface/glazing techniques and discuss the forms that may apply.
Cost varies depending on the class.
*A group Critique of finished work will be included
All materials, glazes and tools are included as well as firing.
I will confirm there is space via email. If classes are full, I will start a Wait-list. A nonrefundable deposit of $50 is required to secure class course. Payment of the balance is made at our first class session. I look forward to creating with you!

Clay to Character

Class dates: March 14 & 15 10am-2pm and March 21 & 22 10am-2pm
*A final critique of finished work will be April 5th
Cost is $350 this includes all instruction, materials and firing.
Working with hand-building techniques we will explore how to create the figure in clay with expressive features that brings life to clay. Each session will introduce techniques to develop character and narrative to the work. Glazing will also be introduced and explored. Sandy will guide you through this creative process. All levels welcome, All materials included. Adults 18 years old and over only. You will pick up your work after the final critique!
Marsha will email you with confirmation and instructions to prepare for class. Classes fill quickly, so please register as soon as possible if you are interested in joining this class.
